Anyone can help me with this error type?

I am experiencing the same error and have been working with support to find a resolution but we have not been successful. If anyone has gotten this to work, where do the files end up? In what SharePoint site is the folder created?
The folder is created in the 'Apps' folder in the survey owner's one drive for business account.
Interesting. So that means the limited access lockdown mode feature needs to be disabled on the OneDrive for business SharePoint site, which is not necessarily the same as our SharePoint site, correct?
There should be a separate setting between OneDrive for Business and Sharepoint
