Actual quantity on hand for BOM components

Hey all,

I am creating a production order and it says that I have quantity available of 30, but this is actually not the case due to some quantity being on production orders or yet to be received.
Is there a way to see on the item availability BOM components to see only the items that are on hand and ready to use.
Or is there another way to achieve this.
