Customize Sale Literature's permission WITH privilege 1/4, 1/2, 3/4

Dear Everyone,
I have a difficult case from my customer about security on attached file.

I think I will customize Sale Literature form to manage attached file and secure on it, but it has trouble about owned permission:
In Sales Literature, it just permit user WITHOUT privilege 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 (only none or full) . Anyone can give me some solution to solve this case.
Nice to hear any solution from you.

    Hi Mr Rajkumar Rajaraman.

    Your link maybe not suite for this case, 'cause my customer wants to secure on Sale Literature form WITH privilege 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 (such as Contact/ Account entity)

    My instance is  CRM 2015.
