Change relation type Account when deal is made

Posted on by

Hello all,

I am using relationship type in the entity account to differentiate and filter the accounts under marketing qualified / sales qualified and customer.

Now I would like to automatically update the value relationship type to customer whenever a new opportunity is won if the relationship type is either MQL or SQL.

Now I've created a new BPF which should set the value of relationship type automatically on customer.

However when creating a new action step to update the properties on the entity account I can't seem to find that field anywhere.

It is completely missing on the form which is kind of strange. Does anyone know why that field is not showing up?
