Hi, First thing first.... its always a good idea to use chrome browse for Dynamics CRM apps. It will also provide excellent developer support if you press F12.

--While the record is open, press F12

--The developer tools open. You can find you script from the left hand pane.

Have a look at this blog post:

Mark as "Verified" if it helps.

    Regards,

    Pranav

This happens to two users in the organisation only, not for others ... we have given system admin privileges to the user to see if something blocking because of privileges...  nothing changed still take ages to open an email.

we have created new email form to see if the problem is with form , no no difference.

We have opened emails for the user in developer mode (F12) .... nothing special come up ... it load few files faster then waiting on some files (client side says reading data from dynamics 365) we cannot exactly say which file take long time ..

any help to find the problem

Few things you can quickly check:

1 Uses are located in which geography? latency might be an issue

    2. What kind of client machines they are using: I have found out in my past experience that sometimes client machine is the culprit,

    ---RAM is too less,

---Browser cache is not cleared for long time

---Multiple applications open at the same time which is eating up lots of memory

---Network from where these users are accessing might be routing thought some proxy taking more time to load scripts. (Opening crm urls might help)

additionally you can check below url for some more testing.

and they are facing issues from another machines..? did you try to block onload scripts on EMail form, (which will eliminate the custom script issue)

I guess some script is causing too much time, perhaps we are trying to get user roles etc.

    Hi,

what if the user login their account using other computer? does it behave the same?

we have checked on another machine same issue and delay, different user in same machine no problem, from debug we found i trace that it stuck on WebResources/Email_main_system_library.js long time ..

if user open email form via Account activities then stuck on _forms/formscript.js and then load at that time i didn't see delay on above.

I checked onload event on Email form no function calling out and no js library at all.

User get really agitated, and we cannot trigger what make delay... could it be some setting on Queue / email router  ?

any help would be highly appreciated

    thanks

that rules out machine issue, meaning this is something to do with specific user. I would suggest if its possible, remove user access and try adding roles again.. that might reset cache. or Disable/Enable user.

I have removed all roles from the user and given system administrator role clear cache on browser, and then tried access emails from queue and also tries open email from activities list on Account.... no luck

If I disabled user and will there be problem re enabling ? I haven't done that yet..
