Workflow Issue with Purchase Orders in D365

I'm experiencing an issue with my Purchase Order (PO) workflow in Microsoft Dynamics 365. I've created a workflow configured for approval by a specific user (myself). After activating and setting it as default, when I create a PO and submit it to the workflow, I expect to see "Approve" or "Reject" commands after refreshing the page. However, I'm only seeing "Workflow History" and "Recall" options.
Has anyone encountered this issue? What could be causing this behavior, and how can I resolve it to display the expected approval commands?

    Hi,
Could you please review the below-
Batch job status form Workflow message processing should not be “Withhold” or “Canceling”

Check if the Workflow is assigned to you, navigate to Home page.

Open the Workflow History to review the current state of Workflow. Review the Tracking details & Tracking details list for more information.

You can also review the Work Items to check if you are able to Reassign the workflow.

    Workflow parameters

Appreciate, if you could share the screenshot of the mentioned steps/config/process to investigate further if the issue is not resolved.

If this helped, please mark it as "Verified" for others facing the same issue.

Thank you so much @Abhilash Warrier it worked. The only change i made was the batch job status which was in Witholding, so i changed it to waiting. What does this means though?
I'd like you to help me with the translation of the meanings of each steps in this screenshot also pls.

It processes workflow approvals, rejections, escalations, and notifications. Keeps workflows running smoothly by processing messages in the correct order. Prevents delays in workflow execution by managing message queues efficiently. Helps administrators monitor workflow progress and troubleshoot issues.
