Why Can't I see 'Create new event' button?

Hi,

In D365 for Marketing I can't see "New" button when I want to create New Event. Last time when I wanted to use it, the button was there. Now, there is only + New from template.
Do you know why did it happen? What can I do to have the button?

Hi Iza,

Please contact you admin whether he/she has enabled create event record privilege for your security roles.

To check which security roles you have:

Go Settings > System > Security > Users > MANAGE ROLES button

To check privileges of a security role:

Go Settings > System > Security > Security Roles, select an item, then find Event entity in Custom Entities tab.
