How do u handle incoming RFQ in business central?  So company A  gets several RFQs from different companies.  Companies ask company A make a offer for certain product. So company A is NOT making RFQ.

Any ideas?

Use an opportunity. You can create a quote from it. Opportunity can have tasks, notes and attachments.

The simplest way would be to just create a Sales Quote.  One per prospect sending an RFQ.

If you want to track Tasks and Interactions and a future cash value, then you can run it through Opportunities.
