CRM 2013 Retrieve the value of a field in Entity

Hi All,

I have 2 entity Sales and Vendors.

In Vendors i have one field Name_Vendor and one OptionSet Category.

In Sales i have many field among them Vendor_Name(lookup) and Category (locked field).

In Sales entity i want if i choose the name of Vendor(lookup) the category of vendor appears automatically in (locked field).

If some one have any idéa or Javascript Code to help me
