How to fetch different report names upon query criteria from Print Management

Hello,

Can any one tell me if i have assigned different report formats to vendors in document type purchase order confirmation how can i get Customized report names. I debugged form and found that conditional setting are run time query range and does not store vendor in db with respect to print formats.  How does it pick exact report in init formletter as described in print format. please urgent help is required.

    Print management setup uses a query so you can specify conditional settings based on the record (purchase confirmation, invoice journal...), so you won't need to do any modifications if you're printing the purchase order confirmation.

    based on the query you will be able to setup different report designs

    I dont want to set different design i want to fetch different designs on base of that conditional query on button

    So, you want to be able to select multiple different designs based on a conditional query?. It would be something like "with vendor account '0001' the user can execute the design1, design3 or design4, and he will execute the desired design via button or other method"

    Actually i hv got vendpurchorderjour table buffer on button and i hv to match that vendor with conditional setting on print management so that i can retreive report formats designs with respect to vendor. I hv tried to debug use print management report on po confirmation journal so that i should know how it fetch report formats with respect to vendor but couldnt reach to absolute point.  I couldnt find conditional setting selected vendor range saved or mapped in table too with respect to report formats. It is runtime range.
