EDI - BizTalk Partners - Auto Released Sales Order

Hi, I need experts help here if anyone could give me a hint, that would save the day!

On BizTalk Partner Set Up, where I have multiple EDI Customer and multiple Warehouse Logistics Unit we normally set or disable Auto Release Sales Orders due to manual request / bank holiday etc...

For some reason, I had one Biz Talk Partner had no issue on Auto Released Sales Order, all EDI Orders sent to our Depots

But other couple of customers, same settings but only Auto Released Sales Order to one depot (Ambient) but not the other depot (Frozen)?

I compared both settings on these Biz Talk Partners seeing no variances in set up.

Anyone know where else I could define the issue caused those Biz Talk Partners which the Auto Sales Order Released function only release against one Depot but not all?

Many thanks

Sammy

could be a problem with filter settings.

is the edi module an addin from a nav partner? is that a customization? seems not be standard nav. is nav connected to a ms biztalk server? in that case, could be a problem with the settings in biztalk server (mappings).

Hmmm, that I am not so sure :( . BizTalk Server is connected to MS Biztalk Server, but in that case, if one Biztalk Partner works, and the other one doesn't, then I don't even know where else on NAV I could define the issue was :(.

Still unknown myself. As my internal IT seems to fix it, but they don't really tell me how to fix it :(
