Can no longer connect to D365 FinOps environment.

In LCS I can start and stop the environment as usual, but when I try to connect using the "Log on to environment" button, or even by going into the VM and connecting, I get the error:



"The webpage at {d365F&OUrl} might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

So far I've tried restarting IIS, the environment, and using a different browser. Any ideas would be much appreciated, this seems to have happened out of nowhere.

    Hi Connor,

    This type of error message can be related to the browser's cache and temporary internet files. You can try to delete browser history and try again to find if it related to the browser issue.

    Thanks for the feedback. What is the status of the environment in LCS? It is deployed status?

    What is environment type (e.g.Customer Managed)

    Hi Connor,

    You can attach image when click on "Use rich formatting" under the comment box.

    It seems that your environment i up, then it can be related to Windows Server environment is not supporting windows authentication on your VM. Please check the provided the link for troubleshooting,

    If you cannot find the root cause for this issue, you can raise a support ticket to Microsoft to get assistance for this issue.

    Hi Connor,

    How old is this environment? Some software might have been expired as they are provided as evaluation software. In the VM, you can check if the services are all running correctly or not.

    If it is a quite old environment, you can consider providing own licenses (e.g. Windows Server, SQL Server) or you can deploy a new up to date environment.

    Try to log in to Azure Subscription linked with your LCS (via LCS Connector ) and verify the status from Azure. But don't change anything from Azure Portal it might break the link with LCS.
