We have issue with min/max replenishment work creation. Setup as follows (example):
MIN/MAX for fixed locations
LOC 1 fixed
Iteam A
Min=100
Max=1000
Now, in case where on-hand on LOC 1 drops to 100pcs, work should be triggered to move 900 pcs from BULK to FIXED location. Issue starts if Warehouse on-hand (on BULK locations) for item A is less than 900pcs, systems does not create any work at all. So imagine we have 700 pcs on hand (not enough to replenish fixed loc to max, but still some items that can be moved to feed production. Did anyone experienced this behavior from system ? Is there any workaronud to move anything that is available - regardless of the fact that replenishment will not reach max ?
