Hi guys,
One of the CRM users has just reported he can't see a related opportunity for one of his contacts. Investigating this I found 4 more similar situations in the last 2 months, all being triggered by an update event, at random date and time. The update event seems to be triggered by the owner of the record and is just changing the old parentcontactid value to blank. There's no system job close to that date and time to back up what is showing in the audit history. This has happened for 3 different users so an user error is excluded. Can anyone help and suggest a cause for this?
