    Hi shahzeb,

it is not a problem related to "one of five roles" ... you have to know which is the role that mustr drives these rights over incident, and work straight on this role, so:

    1) Identify the role

    2) Set Organization Right over Incident > Read

    3) Create a record an verify if it works (if not, its not an issue related to incident)

    4) Downgrade to Business Unit and Child Right over Incident > Read

Just keep going as listed ...

    Please let us know.

    Hi Sahnz,

I could see the error is thrown from PostCreatePlugin.

If I am correct the issue is coming on creation of Case.

Can you check the create privileges. Also please check if there are any realtime workflows or custom synchronous plugins that are getting fired on create of Case.

    I am merely guessing it.

If you are trying to relate an existing case to the newly created case there might be chance that the old case is not available.

    Thanks

    Phanidhar

    Hi Sahz,

The best way to do is open each role and navigate to respective entity.

You should check for the write privilege in respective entity in each role.

Please refer to the following documentation to get more info on privileges.

    msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg334717.aspx

    Thanks

It works on admin , i know it.

But how to find which role has the problem, it has five roles assigned to it.

Is there any short way to find the where actually the problem with securuty roles?

Assign this record to end user.

or give admin rights to user then it will work

Ok, then you need to identify to whom is the record assign (user or team) and then give at least enough read privileges on the case entity to your users

    Hi,

it seems that probably through your plugin your are setting the owner of the record, aren't you?

So I would try to repoduce this problem with an admin user and see if the problem persist. If no then you need to give more privileges to your users.
