Management Reporter not showing Unposted transactions.

I definitely have unposted GL batches.  I have the period in question open and the transactions are to be posted in the correct month.  We are on build 2.1.9001.11  GP 12.00.1745

i have only unposted selected in the provisional field.  This client complained about a specific report so i created a generic report and the same thing is happening.
