Start Journey automatically based on interaction of customer

Hello,

i want to start the second swimlane right after the customer of the first segment interacted with the email that got sent to him - how can i achieve this in outbound marketing?

I would love to do this in real-time marketing but since we cannot do leadscoring there this is not an option!

    Hi A,

    You can create a segment something like the following and set it as the audience of the second swimlane.

    But as for your comment about right after, I'm not sure exactly how fast you would need the response to be, because as we know segment refreshing takes time.

    Hey Nya,

    thanks for your effort and for the answer!!

    But is the swimlane triggered automatically right when somebody enters that segment? So will that happen automatically when the button is clicked or do i need to publish/go-live the journey manually when i want them to join the journey.

    I would like to have it automated -> so when somebody clicks he should get that email automatically (doesnt matter if it takes some time). Will the second swimlane get people in in that automated way?
