Good Evening,
I've been trying to work with the Customer Insights API through ADF pipelines. I am trying to fire a full environment refresh (ingestion, segments, customers, and so on). I know the API I want to call is "SubmitWorkflowJob" and one of the workflowNames is "main" (parameter). This only causes a refresh in some but not all entities / data sources. Is there another workflow name that will trigger a full environment refresh and if so - what is it? Appreciate your time.

There may not be a way to trigger a full environment refresh for currently.
If its a Power Query based data source then it refreshes on the schedule set explicitly for that data source. you can view that by editnig the data source and click Next till you see the Refresh manually or Refresh automatically option). its not daisy chained to main workflow.
If its Attach data source, then it will refresh as part of the main.

Not exactly sure how to do this with the API, but if all you're looking to do is automate a full system refresh there is a way within the UI to set this up. If you go to Admin --> System --> Schedule, you can create an automated schedule of when your system will refresh. A couple things of note, first, this is not available to setup in a sandbox environment of CI, but you can do it in production. Second, this refresh will start by refreshing any data sources not on their own refresh schedule, then proceed to kick off M3 and all downstream processes.
