what size is the button icon on the new FORM GRID - see screen shot

We are upgrading to Dynamics CRM 2016 and I am trying to figure out what size the buttons are on the FORM grid portion of the ribbon.

Please see screen shot for VIEW MAP custom button - I am trying to find out the size of the button ICON I need to add. It was 32x32 and that obviously did not work. I tried 16x16 and that did not show. However, my icon img webresource is 32x32. Maybe I need to resize it to 16x16??

16x16 is the correct size for the command bar.
