    Hi,

If 'Include physical value' is ticked on the Item's Item Model Group, AX will use the price from the PO for the item's cost price after you post the PO product receipt.

    Hi Elsewedyqatarax,

It seems that you are already familiar with the process required for the cost update. What is the exact question / open issue that you have then?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

i know the initial price from the PO so in receiving we need to update the unit cost price and after we receive the vendor invoice (which it may be coming after two weeks ) we will update the final unit cost price , we need to do that to keep the average unit cost accurate as possible

    Hi Elsewedyqatarax,

How do you know the cost price after receiving the material in store?

Isn't the cost price  only known after you have the invoice recorded?

Maybe your process is different and it would be great if you could explain a bit about this process.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
