I'm sure it will be simple but why some users doesn't have in they Toolbar the menu "Microsoft Dynamics GP",... yes I can active with the right click on the menu the main, financial ..... but not this one ?

Thanks for all... I did some research and test and the CmdBarWindowsID 294, is the line to check in the table SY07121 and SY07125.... it was missing... now after a SQL INSERT command the menu appear and is working.... didn't have to recreate the user in GP
This is very odd. Hopefully the new user ID will work and then you are correct, just update the old user to be the same as the new user. I can only imagine that some records did not get inserted or updated properly when this user was created.
I will create a new user for this person and make sure it works.
I will then try to update SY07121 for the old user just to see if that will fix it because I am curious! lol

Have you tried deleting this user from GP and adding her back? If that does not work, try deleting her and then create an account with a slightly different user ID.
If you run this script and then look at the data, in particular the visible column, if everyone is set up the same you should see the same number of Form and Window ID's. Compare this errant user to a good user and let me know if you see anything that is different.

We are still on GP 10 so the tables in the other posts I found on this topic mentioned tables that do not exist in GP 10.
I ran SY07121 and there are a few differences between this user and two others with User #2 being the problem child:

Can you go into SSMS and run this script
select * from SY07121
look for the lines that correspond to the userid having the issue and compare them to lines for other users.
Let me know what you find or send me the results and I will attempt to give you a script to correct the issue. By the way is this GP 10 or GP 2010?
It isn't a custom toolbar and I have unlocked it and reset the main toolbar.
The four options now show up (transactions, inquiry, report, cards) but the Microsoft Dynamics GP drop down is not there.

Are you using a custom toolbar or have you locked your toolbar. Have you tried selecting Custom and then Reset the Toolbar?
I am having the same issue with one user. She has the same installation and permissions as another user who can see the Microsoft Dynamics GP button.
I hope someone posts a solution for us :)
