Do you have axutil.exe in your C:\Windows\system32 folder? No.

Let me quote it for you:
Access AXUtil On the Start menu, click Command prompt. Navigate to the directory for the management utilities. Typically, the location of this directory is %ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Dynamics AX\60\ManagementUtilities.

Hello, yes i have
You are using command prompt or "Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Management Shell" in Administrative Tools?
Please try to use AX management shell or you can find the axutil.exe in [AOS folder]\bin
thanks Tommy Law it's worked, but is here way to run this command form cmd directory ??
There is, like I said you need to change directory from your Windows sytem directory to the folder where axutil is installed, which was mentioned in the first answer. If you intend to use axutil from any directory, then all you need to do is to add the installation location of axutil to your PATH= environmental variable in Windows.
Please mark that post as well, since that is the correct solution for your original question.
