I would like to file a complaint with a Microsoft member outside Saudi Arabia against a Microsoft partner who offends for microsoft and the system

Dears

The owner of our company has a bad mpression about Microsoft's customer service as he does not find someone to give him the right from the partner, and unfortunately the partner has some people inside Microsoft Saudi Arabia who helpes him and nominate him for customers and he is not fully qualified

We want to contact someone from Microsoft outside Saudi Arabia who listens to our complaint and gives us our rights and protects other of customers from this bad partner.

we arent only customer complain from this partner.
