I've saw that in GP 2015, there is a where we can include document as attachment in workflow.
Does it also applicable in GP 2013 R2? If Yes, how to set up? If No, is there any workaround where I can add my PO printout into my PO Approval Workflow?

Just to be clear, this functionality is to allow workflow approvers to view attachments within the email notification, for documents submitted for approval. To the best of my knowledge,this functionality was enabled from GP 2015 R2 (even 2015 RTM did not have this functionality). If you need to attach a document in the earlier versions, then I guess you attach the documents from the main window 'Purchase Order Entry', before submitting it for approval. Any approver will view the attachment(s) in the main application, but not in the email. The only twist to your request is that 'you cannot print out an unapproved LPO' - or do you intend to attach some other paper work ?
