Can be fiddly. Did you originally copy to Excel from the page you’re pasting into? It expects the exact column structure. I find it works best when you do it on a blank new line. I click where you a small arrow pointing to the right and then paste.

Worth checking in the “more options” area of the lines if an “Edit in Excel” is available instead. If you intend to regular imports here you may consider a more robust import method. It would be a small development. Something I’ve used for general journals: joshanglesea.wordpress.com/.../

So i tried the whole, copy row, paste in excel, add rows below and then copy and paste to dynamics , worked once, and then failed every attempt there after. I am not majorly tech savvy so looking for the easiest way.

Hi, I think you can try again after reducing the content (fields) displayed on the page.

In addition, although it is not so convenient, using Configuration Package is also a good choice.

    Hope this will help.

    Thanks.

So I tried that and still no luck. Also the applies to doc was uselss because I still had to click the three dots and select the Invoice it offered me in the pop up. I thought if I enter the Doc ID correct I would not have to do that?
