Import Contacts with the Owner

Hello!

I have exported the Contact records including Owner (shows full name). We have made some changes to the data and want to import it back however the system does not recognize the owner from the full name.

What do you mean by it doesn't recognise? Have you tried by using the First Name and Last Name field as Full Name doesn't actually exist in the database I don't think, it's a composite field.

Hi Nikita ,

Can you please check whether you update owner name by mistake or may be someone has changed owner name after your export.

You can find the error details from data management -imports jobs . Open the imports jobs and see the failure column value.
