Hi,

I am having some problems with users not having the mail merge icon in the Contacts list.

Also the CRM button is missing from Word (using Office 2010 64 bit). So the mail merge is

unusable for any Office 2010 64-bit users.

I think it's not supported but does anyone know if there is a rollup or solution to make it work.

Hi,

I am able to view mail merge icon in the contacts list on my test environment for CRM 4.0 update rollup 21 with Office 2010 32 bit and not having any issues with the Word file also regards to CRM.

What update rollup is installed on your CRM server if it is less than 21, try installing the latest update rollup on both CRM server and the Outlook client i.e. UR 21 and check if that resolves your issue.
