Good Day, when doing the GL Close process, AP was advanced to period 7 rather than leaving it at 6 (as it was done a few days before). The user says that it finished processing. When she realized the error she contacted me and I set AP back to period 6 (currpernbr,pernbr in apsetup table). Now when she tries to close GL to 6 she gets system message 6068, closing process is still active. Anyone have any suggestions what to do?

It's resolved. We've been having some other issues with VM Horizon so I suspect it caused the process to stay open
