I've two fields on account form, one is two option(checkbox) and other is text box. As par my requirements, I've to not show the label of the checkbox. But it increases the space between checkbox and text box, as shown in following screenshot. Can anybody please guide in my situation how can I remove such huge space between the fields.

    Hi

    Open the Tab properties.

In Formatting, set the first column width to lesser value (example 10%)

    Hi Mohsin Ali,

I'm also working on similar problem. Can you tell me how you did achieve to show the option set  field as Check box. By default , those field data types acts like radio button for selection. But I want those field for multiple selection.

I would appreciate very much if you can explain me how to solve this problem.

    Thank you

If it's a section with 2 columns, you can make it four columns, and configure text fields to take 3 of those 4. That will make it look a little better.

Or create a web resource and display html check boxes there...

Deepthi, go to properties of your radio button field and from Formatting tab change format of your field.

    Hi

Did you change the Field Label Width to 50 for the section?

Please provide the screenshot of your Tab properties (Formatting) and Section Properties

Field Label Width cannot go less than 50 pixels.

I would suggest you to interchange field positions as there is no way to remove extra white space. Make first field 3 columns and checkbox field 1 column in a 4 column section. You can also use html resource.

The problem is that you can't really control the width to the pixel.. You can play with the number of columns in the section/tab widths to make it look better, but you can't make it look ideal

Maybe create a tab with a few columns, and give the first column some small width

Then put a section with 4 columns there(all those 4 will have the same width)

In the first column, put the checkbox field. Use 3 others for the text box

Still, at best you can make it 3:1 (width ratio between your checkbox field and text field)

Or go for a web resource. That's the only way you can really control the width
