Pending Emails- how do i send them?

Every time I log into Dynamics I receive the warning below. I know this is from a bulk deletion I created that will not go through until the email is sent but i don't know how to send these emails. Where do i do this? Also how do I set this up so the bulk deletion goes through without me having to approve it? Screen-Shot-2016_2D00_12_2D00_05-at-7.53.39-AM.png

they will be automatically SENT...make Email valid outgoing server available and they all will be sent or otherwise set them as FAILED or SENT bulk; this happened to me number of times

Hi Alyssa

You can create an advanced find view for Email when Status Reason = Pending to show you which emails have not be sent, Maybe the users account is not setup correctly with email router, once this is fixed the emails will send. if you do not want these emails sent and also get rid of the warning you can run a workflow on the view of pending emails and change the status to graft and delete those email, or run a bulk delete job on draft emails.

So this might be a dumb question- what do you mean create an advanced find view? How does one do that?

The Advanced Find Icon is near the Top Right corner of your CRM Bar Next to where your name is displayed.

Then Click Results
