Modifying Receivables Statment

On the Receivables/Customer statement my client would like each line item to show the balance due for just that line not running total. I changed the output to be data vs sum but that gives the whole amount of the line item not the remaining portion, when I display amount paid it is all zeros, I thought I might subtract the two but that does not seem like it will work. Is it even possible to do this?

    Hi,

1.)  You need to create a table relationship between RM_Statements_TRX_TEMP and the

RM Open File.   (Use Key 1 and match all 3 fields)

2.)  Link the RM Open File to whichever statement report you are using

3.)  Drag out the Current Trx Amount field from the RM Open File and place it into the body of the report.

4.)  You'll probably want to assign a "Format Field" to this Current Trx Amount (I recommend using:  RM Statements Transactions Temp - Currency Index)

    Thanks,

    Justin
