Flow and Worker Addresses

Hello. I am currently using the trial version of Dynamics HR and I built a simple flow to retrieve the address(es)  information of a worker. The confusing part is that the flow does not always retrieve/return all the address records that exist for a worker.

For example, in the case of Benjamin, the flow is only returning one record.. the "Home address".  Whereas, in the case of Glenna, the flow returns the two records associated. What am I missing? Is there another table I should be looking at as well? See pictures below. I would expect to return all three address records from Benjamin. Thanks for the help.

    RE: Flow and Worker Addresses

    Hi Parag Chapre ,

my second problem is that the standard entity Worker addresses is empty. It does not contain any data at all (PROD and UAT).

What could be the solution for this problem ?

    Kind regards,

    Rifat

    RE: Flow and Worker Addresses

    Hi Parag Chapre ,

I have problems with the configuration of the virtual entities and need some help.

I have configured the virtual entities so that the sync takes place. I can see the virtual entities in D365HR and in Dateverse.

When I create a new address or edit an exisiting address, I can see the new data in dataverse (e.g. Worker postal addresses V2, etc.).

The main problem is that I get the error message in Power automate:

"Data events are not enabled for this virtual table. VirtualEntityMetadata configuration is missing"

I would be really nice if you can help me.

    Kind regards,

    Rifat

It is a Dataverse connector. It is the "When a row is added, modified or deleted"... they have updated the graphics on it or did/push some updates. I think the color used to be purplely or something like that.

    Hello,

Different question, what connector are you using to trigger the flow? That doesn't seem like the Dataverse connector. I don't recognize that icon on the connector

    Hi Parag,

Your suggestion works. Thank you!  Posted the flow for reference for the next person.

Side note.... Do you know by any chance what's the reasoning for this extra address table?

    Hi JW8,

You need to configure the virtual entity first and generate the entity. It will push the entity to Dataverse.

    Here is the link.

    Hi Parag,

Thank you for your reply. Is there something that needs to happen in order to expose that table via CDS? I don't see that table in the list of tables.

    Hi JW8,

Did you try with the entity "Worker postal addresses V2"?

This is the entity where you can get the postal addresses of workers irrespective of the purpose.

Try this and let us know your comments/feedback.
