Is there a way to manually refresh the analytics page? I see at the top of the page "Last updated at 2/3/2022 at 5:55 PM UTC time" (which is a couple hours before the time of this posting). I imported data but cannot see it in the analytics and can't figure out how to refresh the data. Suggestions?
Unfortunately, there are no manual refresh options for analytics. However, Analytics is refreshed every few hours approximately 4 hours. Your analytics should have refreshed by now.
Thanks for the reply. The date and time is now updated in the analytics, but I still am not seeing any dashboards populate here. I've uploaded all of the sample data so not sure why it's not working.
Are you able to view the data you have ingested?
I am experiencing the same issue. its been two days since the last update. Since then I have uploaded the sample data. Still no analytics. All I can see is the warehouse and production locations on the map.
with respect to the analytics visuals, do I need to download zoomcharts or is that already taken care of ?
