Error when generating a free text invoice document

Hi all, 
We've got an issue whereby when we try and generate a copy of an invoice we get the following error message 

An error occurred during the 'Format mapping' run. For more information, contact your system administrator.
 
Where do we look to start resolving that please?

    Are you using the standard Free text invoice or an Electronic reporting version?

    I believe it's an Electronic reporting version but is there a way to check this?

    The "Format mapping" in error message was the clue to me that it's Electronic reporting but you can confirm here.  See if there are any active Free text invoice models listed.  If so, you'll want to reach out to the resource who developed the report for assistance.

    Hi Sarah,
    Please check Account receivable > Setup > Form setup > Print management> Print management to find which ER configuration/ Business Document is associated to Free text invoice.
    Then, you need to make sure that you have activated "Default" for actual model mapping.

    We have resolved the issue now. It was related to the electronic reporting parameters not being set up correctly.
