Automate email sending for Service Orders

Hi all,

I'd like to know if it's possible to use a job queue to have NAV send an email to internal company recipients when a Service Order is created. Basically a notification to tell Field Service reps that an order has been created for one of their customers. Note that I don't have a developer licence, so creating a new code unit isn't possible. Are any out-of-the-box code units usable for this?

Thanks for any help you can give

Hi, As far as I know, this requires customization.

In addition, emails can be sent manually in Sales Order, but not in Service Order.

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks.
