We have a user who sent in a trouble ticket last night to our help desk after she tried to print an order from GP:

Has anyone seen this error before or what would cause it?

Please note, we have Dynamics GP 2013 deployed in our Company through Citrix as a Published Application. Our users access it from one of three of our Citrix Xen servers depending on whatever the Citrix load balancer determines.

What exactly is this user doing when you say printing from within GP?

Unfortunately the only information is that the user was trying to "print an order"

That doesn't give us a lot to go on. I would say we need more information and a Dexsql.log
