
I am setting up HR for a company and am faced with a challenge. There is no defined way vacation is accrued by employees in the organization. Each employee is given hours of vacation by the Management. It is quite irregular and employee specific.
I will appreciate of anyone can explain to me how to maintain vacation periods of this manner on Dynamics GP.

PTO Manager, part of the extended HR & Payroll pack, allows for this functionality. You can maintain accruals on an interval, or you can adjust them manually.
