Dynamics 365 BC container sandbox PREMIUM experience

After enabling the PREMIUM experience in our container sandbox, we receive this message when logging in.

"Changes in user plans were detected. Choose the Refresh all User Groups action in Users window"

Attempting to refresh the groups, we get

You cannot mix plans of type essential and Premium. Make sure all users are on the same plan

Do we just have to live with this message? it is kind of annoying during a demo.

Do I understand correctly that there is some way to assign the PLAN from within the container?
