Use Power Apps Mobile to access Dynamics 365 Sales (For external users)

As Dynamics 365 for Phones is getting deprecated soon, how can we use Power Apps Mobile to access Dynamics 365 Sales ?
This use case is for external users who are represented as Guest users(B2B users) in out tenant, and might/might not be a member of any other tenant.
