Security roles needed to create Appointments

Good Day, 

I am trying to create a security profile for a team of users. they would be creating appointments in dynamics, however when they attempt to save the appointment , i get the following error: 

The specified domain does not exist or cannot be contacted

An unexpected error occurred from ISV code.

i know it is a security role based error, because if i change the user to system admin role, they are able to create appointments just fine. 
Could someone please help ?

    Hi Kale,

    Please, add this privilege to your Security Role and perform a new test:

    Read for User Settings entity on Business Management tab. I also strong recommend that you check this community post about minimal privileges:

    community.dynamics.com/.../insufficient-permissions-error-message

    Hi,

    Can you check Network traffic to get more detailed error which will tell you the missing priv. To pen Network tab Hit F12 and then perform same operation. Now check Network logs to see details of an error.
