How do you unlock an account for the forum

We have an employee that there account is lock for this forum when they try to post.  See attached pic.  Thank you

    The fastest way to get help unlocking your profile in the Community is to reach out to the Community team via the Community Support form. Complete the form with the necessary details and we will investigate the login issue and get your employee back into the Community as soon as possible!
