You simply select contacts first and then in the related you chhose account make group by with account name . You will get the all the contacts and account as well.
Thank you Goutam, this solution is great!
But if I have got more contacts for an account and I want to export to excel first five contacts, with every row in excel an account and all five contacts on the same row, should I to create a workflow?
Please follow below steps , make sure it will not give multiple related data.
Step 1 : Go to Advanced Find , and select Lead entity.
Step 2: Click on Edit Columns , and then in the popup click on Add columns.
Step 3: Select lead columns which you want to export and then click ok. Again click on Add columns and select contact.
Step 4 : Click on Add columns again and select contact column.
Step 5 Click on ok and execute . See both lead and contact column are showing.
Step 6: Go to advance find tab and export.
Thank you Goutam.
Yes, Leads and Contacts have a relationship. But how can I export in excel in an only worksheet? I can filter columns and how many records (for example first five leads and relative contacts )?
Hi,
if you wish to export lead as sheet 1 and contact as sheet 2, you cant achieve it. You need to write your own code to do it or export twice.
If you wish to export related contact to a lead, you can achieve it, simply add the related contact column to lead view via advacend find.
Please note that using excel export, you can only export up to 100,000 rows of data.

You can only export if there is a relationship. Let say you want to retrieve all customer data and address column from address entity.
If there is No relationship then you can export two excel and manually create single excel.
No you can not.
