We have upgraded a 2013 environment to a 2015 environment.  When I try to go to Administration > System Settings I receive a generic error = "An error has occurred.  Please contact your system administrator".

    Hi Piyush,

Is it an On Premise or Online deployment.

If On Premise, you can enable the Trace and look for the Log.

Also, how did you perform your upgrade, was it an InPlace or Fresh Deployment with importing Organization using Deployment Manager.

    Thanks
