Hi,
Well, one option would be to copy and paste the fields into a new Excel document without including the hidden GUID field. This would require manually selecting and copying the desired cells. Which will be a tedious and time-consuming process.
Alternatively, you can automatically export CRM views data and reports to Excel using Click2Export, a Microsoft AppSource Preferred CRM data exporting automation solution.
The app also enables users to schedule and export reports and CRM Views data at regular intervals. Further, users can send embedded CRM Views data via email, download the exported reports, upload them to SharePoint, attach them as a note, or, auto-send emails with attachments to required recipients.
Users can export CRM data in five different file formats (Excel, Word, PDF, CSV, or TIFF).
There is much more to Click2Export’s features; to try the app first-hand, you can get it from our website or Microsoft AppSource, and feel free to mail us at crm@inogic.com for a personalized demo of the app.
Thanks!
