Hello All,
I am facing a weird issue in CRM 2015 Production, when i do an data import in Lead using OOB template, CRM is not recognizing the actual owner field(full name) which is specified in the template.
In other environments, it is getting recognized properly and the owner field is filled appropriately.
Also, if we convert the same template to CSV file, it is getting recognized properly.
Any idea what is the reason behind this? Also, do we have control on that to map the field manually?
