Data Replication from D365 to CRM 2011

I am about to upgrade to D365 from CRM 2011 using a new Virtual Machine environment that will run independent of the CRM 2011 environment.  I want to make sure that if there are major issues when going live with D365 that I can simply go back to using the existing CRM 2011 environment that reside on different servers.  However, any data that is being added or changed in the new D365 environment I would want to be automatically updated in the CRM 2011 environment as well.

That being the issue, my questions are:  Is there a good way through the use of either a third party tool or a plugin that I can use to keep the CRM 2011 environment in sync with the D365 environment in case I need to switch back to the CRM 2011 solution should unforeseen issues arise while users are utilizing the D365 environment?  For example, can a custom plugin that is registered on each entity be used through the use of Org Services to connect to the CRM 2011 environment and sync the records?  If this is possible (Custom plugin or 3rd Party app), do I run risk of system degradation and what impact may it have?

Any help around this problem of keeping the two environments (D365 and CRM 2011) in sync would be appreciated.  NOTE: I would only need this solution for about 7 days to ensure that the upgrade to D365 was successful and that no outstanding issues were causing any problems.  Then the sync method would be terminated and the CRM 2011 environment would be shut down.

Thanks again for any insight, suggestions and help that you can provide.

    Hello DeVoe1,

I would suggest using Scribe or Kingswaysoft tool. With one of these products you can create sync jobs to automatically synchronize data during that period.

    Hope this helps you.

    Hello DeVoe1,

    Hope you are well.

Based on your need (just for 7 days), would say you can export/import data using Import Data wizard in Dynamics 365 UI rather than another more complex solution.

If you are not comfortable with the above approach, you could use: SQL Server Integration Services or third party apps (Scribe, Kingswaysoft) to prepare the sync jobs.
