When I try to create a segment, the error message shown above shows up. Can someone tell me how to fix this? It has been showing since yesterday...

Yes, the error message says "Failed to communicate with the server. (Getting query estimation).

Is this occurring when you click Save? Or when you check for errors or try to go live? Is it occurring for all new segments? Or for all segments - new and existing?

Hi Megan,
I'm currently setting up our sandbox and it occurs when I simply try to create a new segment. Since that problem has occured since we started setting up the sandbox there are no existing segments where I could try.
Can you please send me the URL of your instance to megdynmktcomm@outlook.com? I want to check a couple of things.
If you are using 365 AI then it shouldn't be the issue so far i have taken help from errorcode0x.com/error-code-0x80070002 to solve such kind of issues.
