Dynamics AX menu not available in Visual Studio

I have D365 for Operation is available on Cloud with Application URL and User Credentials . I installed VS2013 to do Customizations but Dynamics AX menu item do not available in Visual Studio

    You need to deploy a Developer Virtual Machine from your LifeCycle Services project for Dynamics 365 for Operations.

    You need to install the Visual Studio extension.

    Please go to lcs.dynamics.com, there in Azure Environments go to your machine (something like D365DEV or DEMO) and click tile with Binary Updates. Look for a binary update something like "Dynamics 365 for Operations Platform Update 11". When you downloaded this update to your local machine, find the file Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Tools.Installer.vsix under DevToolsService\Scripts and go through the installation. Start your VS again.Now you should see the Menu Dynamics 365.

    Like Velmos said, this isn't quite right and in fact you will end up build/sync errors later etc, go with LCS dpeloyed or download MS VM's from connect portal. check below reply mentioned by Joris from MS.
