Dear,

when i send approval request and if order amount is under approval amount limit amount the order will release automatically.

How can i send approval request to my approver when my order amount is under approval amount limit. i would like my approver approval my request even if my order amount within my approval permission.

Is your situation like this?

Your limit: 5000

Manager: 25000

You create a request for 3000. Now you still want to have an approval from the manager, even you are allowed to create it according to your limits?

Hi MGQ,

It looks the standard ENV do not support send the approval request which order amount is under the approval amount.

Maybe you need change the approval amount.
