Inactivate a customer?

How can I inactivate a customer? We have a rolling customer database and people are only "customers" for 2 years. I need to kow how to inactivate them so they don't show up in the list. I don't want to delete them because I need the records.

Hi Karen, there is no such functionality and not even a column for that property in the database, i would create a trigger that reacts to when a record is deleted in Ccustomer and put it in a new table, which is simply a copy of the Customer table in RMS. Good luck, Tobias
